A bit about the photographer and what to expect…
Hi there!
My name is Ryan MacKenzie and I am a portrait photographer based out of Orange County, California. My shoots utilize both natural and studio lighting to ensure you get a little bit of everything. Along with my eye and my camera, I will bring with me a collection of neutral backdrops to compliment the backdrops we find in nature. Let’s shoot! There is no pressure to buy any additional photos and you keep the very best one at no cost. Read through the terms and conditions below and give me a buzz.

Terms & Conditions
The photoshoot will be conducted completely free of charge.
Each participant will receive one (1) free digital photo of their choice. Only one (1) participant per household will be eligible to receive a free digital photo. Only one (1) participant for events with multiple guests will be eligible to receive a free digital photo. Some exceptions may apply.
The free photo can and will be used to market FirstPhotoFree.com on social media, the company’s website, and elsewhere including but not limited to flyers and other advertisements.
All photos including the free photo will NEVER be sold or licensed to a third party.
Each photo will bear a watermark until it is selected as the “free photo” or otherwise purchased. Until then, the watermark will not be removed for any reason. No exceptions.
Each participant must bring a minimum of three (3) wardrobe changes or “looks”. If the participant fails to produce three (3) “looks” or wardrobe changes the participant will be turned away and/or no free photo will be awarded.
The price of each additional photo beyond the “free photo” is initially set at a discounted rate of $35. Three months (90 days) after the participant has received the link to their digital portfolio, the price of each individual photo will rise to $50.
The free photo will be edited prior to delivery. Requested retouches are not included with any free photo or purchased photo. Requested retouches are available to purchase for $20 each.
Participants younger than eighteen (18) years of age MUST bring a legal guardian to accompany them for the ENTIRE shoot.
To encourage a safe & secure vibe, each participant is permitted to bring one (1) guest for peace of mind. No more than one (1) guest will be permitted per participant. Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. No children or pets as guests will be permitted.
